Coming from a merchandising background, the field of early childhood has taught me the importance of the foundation stages of education. My love for art and the experience of working with children during holiday camps made me consider a career as an early childhood educator. Working with children between the ages of 4 to 16 years, taught me the importance of play and discovery; especially today where the focus on academics in the early stages of education has become more prominent.
What brought me to White Lodge was the authenticity of its core values which are married into the curriculum and the curriculum which allows children to think, feel and create. White Lodge has found a way to balance all aspects of early education including academics and play.
Having worked almost a decade in the organization; what’s unique about White Lodge is seeing both teachers and its management team work closely together for a common goal.
